Snova sells digital products only. All of our workbooks are 
delivered as downloadable PDF files — no physical items are 
shipped, and no shipping costs apply to any order.

After your purchase is completed, you will receive instant 
access to your digital download:

- Directly on the order confirmation page, and
- Via email, sent automatically to the address provided at checkout

Please make sure to enter a valid email address at checkout, as 
this is how your download link and any related updates will be 
delivered.

If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes 
of your purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder 
first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at snovaliving@gmail.com 
and we will resend your access link promptly.
