Snova offers both physical products and digital, downloadable
content (such as PDF workbooks). Product type is clearly stated
on each product page.
2. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price, including
applicable VAT. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
3. Delivery
- Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are shown on our Shipping page.
- Digital products are delivered instantly via download link,
available on the order confirmation page and sent to your email.
4. Right of Withdrawal
See our separate Right of Withdrawal policy. Please note that for
digital products, your right of withdrawal ends once download
access has begun, provided you have given your express consent.
5. License for Digital Products
Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable
license for your own use. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing
of digital files is not permitted.
6. Liability
Our digital content (including wellness and self-development
workbooks) is educational in nature and does not replace
professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
