Track Your Order

Physical Products
Once your physical order has been shipped, you will receive a 
shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to 
track your package directly with the carrier.

Digital Products
Digital products don't require shipping tracking. Your download 
link is available immediately on the order confirmation page 
after purchase, and is also sent to your email right away.

Can't find your order confirmation or download link?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't 
locate it, contact us at snovaliving@gmail.com with your order 
number, and we'll help you right away.
