Physical Products
If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact
us at snovaliving@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products
are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact
us and we will be happy to help.
